Common questions.

Straightforward answers about WDJJ Timer and WDJJ Timer Controller.

How many rounds can I configure?

You can configure between 1 and 50 rounds.

Does the timer show milliseconds?

No. WDJJ Timer displays whole seconds so the clock remains easy to read across a gym.

What sounds play before a round?

The app plays a short beep for each step of the 3, 2, 1 countdown, followed by a longer signal when the round starts.

Does WDJJ Timer Controller require an Apple TV?

No. Select Use Locally to run the complete timer on an iPhone or iPad without a network or Apple TV connection.

How does the controller connect to the TV timer?

Open both apps on devices connected to the same local network. WDJJ Timer Controller discovers nearby Apple TV timers automatically; choose the timer shown on the connection screen.

Where do sounds play when using the controller?

When connected to Apple TV, the Controller Sounds switch lets you play synchronized cues on the iPhone or iPad. In local mode, sounds always play on the device.

Why did my active timer reset?

The timer resets when WDJJ Timer moves into the background. This is intentional and ensures a match does not continue invisibly while another Apple TV app is open.

No. The app has no account, sign-in, subscription, or advertising.

Does WDJJ Timer collect personal data?

No. WDJJ Timer does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data. Read the complete Privacy Policy.
